On August 19, our new part-time Graduate Assistant, Emily Wros (pronounced "Ross"), joined our staff. Emily will report to Kris Hammerstrand and be assisting with the Alma/Primo upgrade for the coming year. Emily just started her first year in the UIUC LIS program.
Registration is open for the 2019 CARLI Annual Meeting to be held Friday, November 15 at the I Hotel and Conference Center in Champaign. Staff at any CARLI member library are invited to attend.

UPDATE: August 21, 2019 - Unfortunately, correcting the error is taking much longer than CARLI staff first anticipated. It now looks like the New VuFind I-Share union catalog may remain frozen (with data as of Aug. 2) until August 31, 2019. We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience.

We are pleased to announce that Jenny Taylor has been promoted to Assistant Director for Electronic Resources as of June 1, 2019.
Cindy Clennon, Director of Electronic Resources, is retiring on August 30 after more than 11 years of making the e-resources program at CARLI a success. Her wisdom, experience and knowledge will be greatly missed.
