Illinois State Library′s Annual Online Library Certification

The annual online certification process for libraries that are members of a regional library system is now underway. The certification is required of all CARLI member libraries in order to remain eligible for CARLI membership, and to qualify for continuing system services and grants programs from the Illinois State Library. Certification will close March 31, 2017.

The first step in gathering supplies and tools is to assign a member of your emergency response team as a supply coordinator.

Call for Proposals: CARLI Forum on Collections Data Analysis and Maintenance

The CARLI Technical Services and Collection Management Committees are organizing a spring forum on using data related to collection assessment, database maintenance, and measuring impact. We are seeking presentation proposals for our forum to be held on April 28, 2017 from 9:30-3:30 at Governors State University, University Park, IL. We are looking for presentations that share practical solutions for using collections data.
