- Our consortial, shared, Alma premium sandboxes have been refreshed.
- New username/password documents have been uploaded to your library's Box folder.
- Request Pickup Configuration Settings
- Adrienne sent ou an email to I-Share Liaisons on 1/26/2022 about periodically reviewing the Request Pickup Configuration Settings.
- These settings determine which types of requests are included in the pick from shelf list, how long until a request is set as expired, and if the item should be set as missing if not processed.

- New section on how to determine the current status of your patron's request.
- Extra requests being canceled?
- Starting this week, a few more tickets than usual have been sent into CARLI Support about patron's requests being unexpectedly canceled.
- Thus far, 2 examples submitted have been able to be explained; the other two had the status of "supplier rejected request" which will need more investigation.
- If you have examples, please send them in to support; could be result of the February release.
