The CARLI Commercial Products Committee will host a symposium at the iHotel in Champaign on the challenges with usage statistics and streaming video.

Agenda	The agenda for the day will be:
10:00 AM - 10:45 AM	Keynote address -- The Role of Usage Statistics in the Library Value Proposition. Presented by Dennis Krieb, Director of Institutional Research and Library Services at Lewis and Clark Community College Lewis & Clark CC - Keynote
11:00 AM - 12:00 PM	Panel discussion by three libraries on tools and practices used in collecting usage statistics and how this information helps to shape library collection decisions. Presenters and the products they will discuss are: SIU-C - CORAL Chicago State - Springshare's LibInsight Prinicipia - MS Access and INTOTA
12:00 PM - 01:00 PM	Lunch (Provided)
01:00 PM - 02:00 PM	Keynote address –- The Future Plans for Usage Statistics in Streaming Video Resources. Presented by David Parker, ProQuest Vice President of Product Management for Video ProQuest Presentation
02:00 PM - 03:00 PM	Presentation and open discussion on how streaming video resources are being successfully promoted, used, and tracked in CARLI member libraries Chicago State - Jumping Into the Stream: Kanopy CARLI - Consortia Manager
03:00 PM - TBD	Wrap up discussion
