  • How do we prepare for mergers, closures, and economic downturns?

  • How do we talk plainly and truthfully about the economic environment?

  • How do you keep morale up? How do you move forward when budgets/programs/services are cut?

  • How do we lead from where we are as campus leaders (within the campus context)? 

  • What does a future where libraries/librarians are fully appreciated look like? How would you describe the future as you would like to see it?

The CARLI Annual Meeting will begin at 10:15 a.m. following the Directors' Meeting. To register for the Annual Meeting, please complete the registration form. A separate registration is required for each event.
