Voting is Now Underway for CARLI Bylaws Amendments and the Board of Directors Election

Voting is now open for seats on the CARLI Board of Directors. Each of the CARLI constituencies—Community Colleges; Private Colleges and Universities; and Public Universities—will elect one new Board member for a three-year term (July 1, 2019–June 30, 2022).

This year the ballot also includes questions regarding changes to the CARLI Bylaws. Two-thirds of the 128 current Governing Members must vote in the affirmative for the changes to the Bylaws to be adopted. 
 
Voting will remain open until 5:00 p.m. on Friday, May 3, 2019.
 
The election is being conducted using Survey Monkey. Each director from a Governing Member institution is entitled to one vote for the candidates in their designated constituency. Library directors will receive an email from Survey Monkey with their specific ballot. If you haven't received an email from Survey Monkey by the end of the day, please let us know and you will be sent a direct link to the ballot. 

Results of the election will be tallied and announced in May.
