Primo VE Resource Sharing Request Form

The Resource Sharing Request Form in Primo VE is the I-Share Request form used by the Automated Fulfillment Network (AFN).  It is the mechanism that allows users to place requests for physical inventory from other I-Share institutions.

Please do not change these CARLI Required settings.

Change Log:

• As of September 11, 2020, CARLI removed the previous list of Required and Recommended fields and is now requiring all IZs to be configured with the same set of consortial options for this Form. This change aims to standardize the request data being sent between libraries in Alma and to help with troubleshooting of request issues. These changes were made in each I-Share institution's IZ by CARLI staff the week of September 14, 2020.
• Additional changes were made to the Article Request section on April 5-6, 2021 to prevent articles from being requested via I-Share.
• The Preferred Local Pickup Location was set to Mandatory on Feb. 22, 2022 to address a Known Issue.
• On June 27, 2022, Item Availability was set to Visible.
