Intent to Apply for Illinois SCOERs Sub-Award

In filling out this form I am expressing interest in applying for a subgrant to create Open Educational Resoures (OER) and ancillary materials for a high enrollment course taught at a Consortium for Academic and Research Libraries of Illinois (CARLI) Governing Member Institution. I understand that the primary focus area is “The Human Condition: Care, Development, and Lifespan,” but that I may also propose to create OER for an unrelated subject area, provided it fulfill the other criteria.

100% of the funding for this project is provided by the U.S. Department of Education in the form of an Open Textbook Pilot Program grant to CARLI. I understand that funding is conditional upon CARLI's receipt of an additional $1 million dollars to make our grant from the U.S. Department of Education whole.
