Join an overview of the library talent management platform, Skilltype. Tony Zanders, Skilltype Founder and CEO, will provide an update and live demonstration of the software that is now in use by more than 150 libraries and 5 consortia. Zanders will discuss the top use cases for research libraries and their consortia to incorporate a data-driven approach into organizational development strategy.
Zanders will be joined by representatives from the Amigos consortium, Miguel Figueroa (Amigos CEO) and Lisa Spiro, Assistant University Librarian for Digital Scholarship and Organizational Development, Rice University, who launched a two-year program for its research libraries to deploy Skilltype locally, while collaborating collectively using Skilltype’s expertise sharing tools.
