Reporting for Duty: Telling Your Library’s Story with Data (CARLI Resource Sharing Committee Discussion)

Very often administrators ask us to gather data for them and report on library usage metrics. Sometimes those metrics make a lot of sense… other times not so much! Come join our discussion about reports we find useful to run as well as reports we’ve been asked to run of questionable use. This discussion hosted by the CARLI Resource Sharing Committee is not intended to help you learn how to run reports but, rather, to generate discussion and creativity about the information we gather and whether or not it actually answers the questions our administrations think that it answers.
