Announcements

  • The last CARLI/EBSCO new user interface session with be May 16th
  • Five new I-Share libraries will go live at the local level in June and go live with I-Share in July.
  • 21 participants are registered for the Community Building event at ECC

Decisions

  • The Instruction Committee reviewed the Get Together at Elgin Community College Planning Document and finalized structure.
  • Reviewed Showcase Keynote blurb and bio and made minor corrections.
  • Decided on Showcase schedule, order of groups, order of presentations, and number of moderators. Also developed group themes and event description.
  • The meeting was adjourned at 2:45.

Tasks

  • Alex will contact María Emerson regarding blurb and biography feedback and request a keynote presentation title.
  • Alex will fill in the Showcase master schedule and send out a call for moderators.
  • Stacey will send Elgin Community College campus map and parking instructions to Denise and Debbie.
