Alma Shelf Report/Alma Interactive Inventory Scanning Tool, May 9.
The sessions were recorded, and posted to their respective documenation pages linked below.
Background- There are three inventory tools:
1. Alma has a built-in tool called the Alma Shelf Report, for which you submit a job on a file of scanned barcodes to see if items are in place, mis-shelved, or missing. For more information
Also, CARLI has set up two different external inventory tools that work with Alma via API:
2. The Alma Batch Inventory Tool, for which you scan barcodes into a file and then upload an Excel file of barcodes to the tool. For more information
3. The Alma Interactive Inventory Scanning Tool, for which you scan barcodes into the tool individually as you work (although you also can upload a .csv file). For more information
