PDA Event: Innovation at Your Library

Friday, April 29, 2022 - 8:00am to 2:00pm

Library management may seem like a fixed monolith. The ways we work together feel set in stone. But what happens when you have to deal with unprecedented change? This workshop will cover new approaches to management in libraries. Attendees will learn how to get creative with managing staff, services, and long-term projects. We will cover methods for dealing with vacancies and onboarding new hires. If you’re interested in learning some practical strategies, this workshop is for you!
