Tasks Assigned
- Minutes taken by Elizabeth Sterner.
- Continue meeting in subgroups.
Discussion
- Subcommittee Updates
- In-Person Meeting/Training
- May be best to record and/or livestream the in-person meeting to make information available to others.
- Tell Denise and/or Elizabeth if you have any ideas for location and/or possible streaming/recording options.
- Literature Review
- The group defined its scope and assigned tasks to different people.
- By its December meeting hope to have enough material collected to discuss next steps.
- The group will search different databases (LISTA, ERIC, Web of Science, etc.) and look for web pages and blogs.
- The group has discussed creating an annotated bibliography.
- Customizing Primo VE
- The group developed scope and outcome and assigned tasks.
- It would like the documentation to be approachable and not overwhelming.
- Scope: The group decided to concentrate on appearance/look of the interface.
- User Guides/Tutorials
- This group has not yet met. Its first meeting is Wednesday, November 20, 2019.
- User Experience/Usability
- This group has not yet met. Its first meeting is on Friday, November 22, 2019.
- Review/discussion of overall project
- This a good setup to work in little groups and then meet up as a big group to report on progress.
- Individuals of different groups were all encouraged to continue working in Box and to add/share ideas as they work and not wait until the next meetings.
- It is helpful to look at other groups’ notes and meeting minutes in case of interaction and overlay.
- You can view or download a version in Box.
- Lock the document if multiple people will be working on it at once, otherwise only first person to upload work will be able to upload and save their work.
Next meeting dates and deadlines
