updates

Selection system redesign  - Cindy has been working with developers using feedback from our in-person meeting and from staff testing.  The decision whether to use the new system for FY17 will be made by the end of next week.

New Proposals

AIP Archive - not of interest at this time due to budget issues.

Swank Digital Campus - Cindy will request additional information about simultaneous users, perpetual access, performance rights, base discount for consortia and whether the offer is for a purchase or subscription.

New York Times - Cindy asked whether there would be an interest in a nationally aggregated subscription.  Discussion indicated a potential interest from several committee members, pending pricing and budget.

annual project

Usage Statistics Resource page – is due by end of May, so we need to have all desired content by our next call in April.  Please sent content and links to the committee.  Ann sent a link to a Google doc to help with our work.

continuing education

The ProQuest webinar for CARLI is scheduled for March 8th.  Susie will send an email to the e-resources list asking if anyone has questions they would like to be addressed by the presenter. Cindy will contact Gale to schedule the next webinar. 

Future plans

New models for purchasing ejournals - continue this discussion and consider as a potential project for next year.
