The Jurica-Suchy Nature Museum is a small, but locally known museum on the Benedictine University campus that is the representation of the career of the Jurica brothers, who taught science at St. Procopius College.
The museum, which opened to the public in the early 1970's, is home to over 100 different specimens ranging from small, native Illinois birds, to exotic specimens such as polar bears, lions, and some prehistoric fossils.
