Mid-Level Leaders Symposium: CARLI’s Next Deans and Directors

Featuring Karen S. Goins, executive coach, facilitator, consultant, speaker and author. Karen will guide attendees to:

• Understand what leadership is;
• Discuss leadership competencies that increase success in a library environment;
• Have meaningful conversation with each other about senior leadership and upward mobility topics;
• Develop a personal plan to improve leadership competencies; and
• Have fun during the day while the group is learning!

Breakfast and lunch will be provided.

A registration fee of $50 will be charged.
