• Minutes of the 11/19/15 meeting approved

Announcements:

• CARLI Announcements:
  • CARLI office closed December 24, 2015-January 4, 2016.
    • Call CARLI office if there is a service outage, not support email because it is not monitored when office is closed.
  • Review CARLI newsletter sent 12/17/15
  • Paige Weston retiring 12/31/15
• Open House updates coming after first of year

Discussion of annual project:

• Jeff Ridinger developed a draft for the annual project and Resource Sharing group approved the draft.
• Next steps for the project:
  • Continue to look for resources to add to bibliography
    • Survey of how libraries are using OA resources—can be January listserv discussion topic
      • Questions to be developed first week of January. Possible questions to ask:
        • Do you utilize OA resources?
        • When in the article request filling process do you use them?
        • Do you use OA for subject specific requests? e.g., science or medical articles
      • Question will be posted to listserv week of January 11, 2016.
