Decisions

• The minutes of the April 16 meeting were approved.
• The meeting adjourned at 3:05 p.m.

Announcements

• CARLI staff members are testing the Voyager 9.1.1 software and presenting webinars about the upcoming upgrade.

Tasks assigned

• The Fall copyright webinar was discussed. Debbie will follow-up with the proposed speaker in early June if a response isn’t received by then.
• By early next week, Susie Duncan will draft a prototype OCLC book band to include in the “Recommended Workflows” annual project document.
• Debbie will draft a Venn diagram showing relationships among ILLINET libraries, CARLI/ILLINET libraries and I-SHARE/CARLI/ILLINET libraries, also for possible inclusion in the Recommended Workflows document.
• The committee will discuss the book band and Venn diagram via email prior to finalizing the annual project (with Executive Summary) to submit in advance of the June 5 Board of Directors meeting.
• The final version of the “Recommended Workflows document will be added to the CARLI web site around June 5, followed by an announcement by Jeff Ridinger to the CARLI Resource Sharing interest group email list about the document’s availability.
• June/July questions to the email list will cover the Recommended Workflows document.
• Committee members will elect a chair (or co-chairs) at the June meeting.
