Decisions

• Discussion and approval of November 7th minutes.
• Resolved to not have a discussed topic on listserv for December. Possible topics for the future include best practices for ILDS: tags that scan well, rubber banding books, how to get items out as quickly as possible for delivery.
• SIU and JAL open house is April 2nd. JNA and Kishwaukee is April 9th.  UIU is Mar 24th.  We discussed possible ideas for discussion at the open houses.
• We discussed the white paper. If you haven’t yet accepted the invite from Debbie to join the collaborative folder on Box, please do so. Otherwise, please read the items in the bibliography. Amanda sent out a survey with the agenda for today’s meeting, so we discussed that as well.

Announcements

• Debbie discussed ILDS updates on website, which will start in February.
• Debbie also discussed ILLINET Code Revision Committee—next meeting is in January.
• Lorna stated that Circ training just occurred and went well.
• Short update on Voyager 9 testing.

Tasks assigned

• Lorna and Debbie agreed to work the survey into a Survey Monkey and send it back out.
• Please be reading the bibliography.
