Decisions

• Made minor revisions to Annual Report for resubmission.
• Confirmed committee roster for 2020-21.
• Aaron and Nestor will continue as committee co-chairs for 2020-21.

Announcements

• Member Announcements:
  • College of DuPage – Virtual graduation took place June 11. Two campus building reopened June 15 for Spring students to fulfill lab requirements. Library building still closed until further notice.
  • Governors State University – Campus still discussing plans for August and Fall semesters. New president begins July 1.
  • Illinois Central College – Library still physically closed, Fall plans under discussion/TBD, labs open for selected students. Provost leaving. OpenAthens fully implemented.
  • Illinois State University – Milner Library public opening postponed until August. Curbside delivery has begun. Open by appointment a possibility.
  • Joliet Junior College – Campus and Library closed. May reopen labs by end of June. OpenAthens implemented.
  • Saint Xavier University – Campus still deciding closing/opening.
  • Western Illinois University – Library closed to public, likely until August. May only be part of Library open. Delivery by appointment.
• CARLI Announcements:
  • Alma/Primo VE – on track for go live on June 24. Please wait for emails/announcements before starting bib checking.
  • Wiley eBook consortial access – bib records coming to Alma.
  • Oxford eBooks coming soon.

Tasks Assigned

• Aaron Harwig took minutes.
• Elizabeth and Denise will seek an additional committee member for 2020-21.

Discussion

• Reviewed PSC Annual Report and made suggestions for web page.
• Discussed committee roster and chairs for upcoming year and thanked Elizabeth Sterner for her service on the committee
• Discussed the status of curbside delivery within CARLI and individual institutions
• Aaron thanked everyone for their service during a very challenging year.
