• Minutes taken by Shelby Strommer.
• Committee members will provide any feedback on the Preservation Survey to Nicole and Elizabeth by January 23.  
• Shelby and Gabriel will create a session description for webinar on Preservation Crafts.
• Nicole and Elizabeth will distribute Preservation Survey at the beginning of February.
• Bonnie is writing the February Preservation Tip.

Decisions

• Preservation Crafts webinar with a TBD title will be held April 9, 10:00 – 11:00 a.m.
• The Ask A Preservation Expert Part 2 will be held on May 1, 10:00 – 11:00 a.m.
• The committee decided to leave the April meeting as originally scheduled.

• Member Announcements:
  • Patti Gibbons (University of Chicago) – They had a flood in their special collections.
• CARLI Announcements: none

Discussion

• 2025 Preservation Survey
  • The committee finalized questions and distribution plans.
• AI Symposium:
  • Dr. Luciana Duranti, from the InterPARES Trust, will present The Preservation of Trustworthy Digital Records: 25 Years of InterPARES Research at AI Symposium on April 15, 2025.
• IFSI Burn Simulation and Recovery Workshop:
  • We are waiting for new dates.
• Preservation Craft Webinar
  • Shelby and Gabriel will meet next week to discuss the content of the program.
  • This will be a Professional Development Alliance program.
  • The date selected is April 9, 2025, from 10:00 – 11:00 a.m.
