• CARLI office will be closed on December 22, 2023 and will reopen on January 2, 2024

Decisions

• The Instruction Committee approved/accepted the following
  • CARLI Instruction Showcase
    • Date set for June 18, 2024
    • Theme of New Directions, New Users, and New Collaborations
    • Session tracks will be:
      • Tech It Out (focus on AI in library instruction)
      • Lesson Plans (focus on specific user populations)
      • New Collaborations (focus on case studies)
    • Incorporate lightning talk/round for some or all of the session tracks
    • Aim to have a keynote speaker
    • Save the date message will be sent out on Tuesday, January 9 2024
  • Local Get Togethers
    • Planning document started with more discussion at January meeting
• The meeting was adjourned at 3 pm.
