Announcements:

• Librarian Transformation: Teaching Disciplinary Courses Webinar. Thursday, March 9, 1-2pm CST, 19 registrants so far
• 2017 Instruction Showcase: Thursday, June 15, National-Louis University, Wheeling, IL

Discussion & Decisions:

• The 2017 annual project will be a description and supporting documents for the March 9th webinar.
• The Instruction Showcase proposal form needs to include a field for applicants to provide the title for their proposed presentation.
• Committee members will wait to plan the Instruction Showcase agenda until proposals have been submitted and accepted.
• Instruction Showcase proposals are due Monday, April 10th. Notification of accepted proposals will be sent Monday, May 1st.

Tasks assigned:

• Debbie to send out another announcement about registration for the March 9th webinar.
• Committee members are encouraged to attend the webinar.
• Lorna to send out a save the date in March for the Instruction Showcase.
• Chelsea to email the draft of the Instruction Showcase call for proposals to committee members for feedback.
• Debbie and Lorna to send committee members a copy of last year’s showcase proposal form for feedback.
• Committee members to submit feedback on the call for proposals and proposal forms next week.
• Call for proposals for the Instruction Showcase to be distributed next week.
