Updates:

AI Symposium

  • panelists from the committee briefly talked about what would be covered in spring panel on AI

Discussion

  • Add up to five books/articles to the Padlet
    • and university policy about Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
  • Moving forward, we will keep gathering resources and continue to organize the types of resources, to eventually move onto another site. We discussed this list being hosted by CARLI. We did not discuss the types of categories for this information. We spent a lot of conversation discussing the future and importance of these resources in case resources like this become unavailable.
  • We spoke a little about the political climate we're in and people being at different levels of understanding or places in their journey and to come to conversations with compassion and grace. Undoing these modes of professionalism that keep us from having conversations. So lightly, we broached the idea of organizing and gathering
