• Learning Express - Include in an interest survey of the membership.
• Digitalia Hispanica - The group decided not to pursue a CARLI agreement for this product.

• Rittenhouse R2 Digital Library - The group decided not to pursue a CARLI agreement for this product.
• APA PsycTHERAPY - Cindy will investigate questions and arrange for a group trial with the account representative.
• Worldcrunch - Cindy will investigate questions and arrange for a group trial with the account representative.

Aggregated Database RFP document

Aggregated database RFP issued on January 31 and proposals are due by March 14.

EBL eBook PDA Agreement

CARLI office is working with EBL on an email communication to give librarians information about how to set up access with EBL for the CARLI eBook PDA project.  The communication will probably be sent next week.

IACRL Pre-Conference

Group will develop an introduction and four discussion questions.  Stephen, Tom, and Susie volunteered to lead the discussion

White Paper

• Carol will contact other consortia to see what policies they have for streaming video
• First drafts of the sections are due by this Friday
• Cindy will set up a conference call to discuss the White Paper in the next week or two
• The paper is due to the CARLI Board at the end of May

Spring (Fiscal Year) Database Selection

88 of 89 libraries responded to the request for information on the fall 10 day FTE count and the pricing request spreadsheets have been sent to vendors.
