Decisions

• Minutes of the November 19, 2015 meeting were approved.
• The survey was reopened until January 22, 2016.
• CARLI will send a summary of the results on January 25, 2016 to all committee members.
• Committee members will review results and consider in which area they will want to facilitate/shepherd cooperative collection development.  Discussion will occur over e-mail prior to the next meeting.  
• At the next meeting, the committee will decide if it will try to hold an in-person event in April or May, or some kind of virtual event.
• If an event is held, there will also be a mechanism developed for people/institutions to participate even if they are not able to attend the event.  

Announcements

• Jeffrey Archer discussed a new OCLC product for consortial cataloging and an e-book model by Greenleaf Press that were demonstrated at ALA Midwinter.

Tasks Assigned

• Deb Blecic will take minutes for the January 14, 2016 meeting.
• CARLI will provide survey results on January 25, 2016.
• Committee members will review results and discuss via e-mail prior to the next meeting, including areas of interest for facilitation of next steps.
