Alma and Primo VE Project updates: Weeks of 7/15-7/29

• CARLI Office:
  • Are reviewing the data libraries submitted for the test load tasks that were due 7/23, and will follow-up with any questions.
    • Will format the data for submission to Ex Libris.
  • Streamlined the content on the CARLI Alma & Primo VE webpage, including:
    • Added a page for Alma Data Review Test Procedures.
    • Moved documentation about the test load tasks to a single page: Test Load Phase Tasks
    • Organized theList of CARLI Alma Migration Office Hours with recordings and slides
  • Posted new FAQ to the Alma & Primo VE Frequently Asked Questions website.

  • Thanks for all your hard work!

  • CARLI is hosting weekly Alma/Primo VE Migration Office Hours.
    • Staff at your library can plan to join the call as schedules permit; the sessions will be recorded. Details for each call are listed on the CARLI event calendar.
      • Next two calls:
      • Thursday, August 8th, 2:00-3:00pm, topic: Overview and introduction to the Network Zone
      • Thursday, August 15th, 2:00-3:00pm, topic: Overview and introduction to Alma fulfillment in preparation for the test load configuration form.
